Welcome to Indialantic

by Debbie Caldwell 12/23/2021

Nestled on the barrier island in Southern Brevard County Florida, Indialantic is home to many high end neighborhoods, great schools, wonderful shopping and some of the best restaurants around.  The actual town is only 1 square mile but the community extends to a total of 9 square miles.  The area was settled in 1919 by Ernest Kouven-Hoven who built the first bridge tying this part of the island to the mainland.

Today the community is home to a 5,799 households.  The median income is $105,000.    76% of inhabitants own their homes with an average home price of $325,000.  Stretching from Ocean to River wherever you live you are just a short walk to water.  Indialantic is family friendly and offers plenty of options for recreation.

Whether your a single professional, retired empty nester looking for a laid back community, or a family looking for a safe environment to raise their kids, this is the place for you.

My office is located right in the heart of Indialantic, so I am well versed in this community.  If your looking to buy or sell in Indialantic, I would be happy to achieve that goal.

Happy Buying or Selling!
