Not only is this the oldest beach community, but we have recently discovered that Ponce De Leon may have landed here and a bronze sculpture was commissioned to commemorate the event by a famous local sculptor named Rafael Picon. The median household income is $87,000. This quaint community offers white sandy beach, lovely parks, restaurants, and shopping. Don't miss out on the opportunity to play a round at Spessard Holland Golf Course which is a public golf course with glorious ocean views. Make time to take a stroll around Ryckman Park which houses town hall and a community center. Did I mention the sought after Golden Triangle? This stretch of land is a favorite of sun worshippers and surfers, because this area allows access to the beach without crossing A1A.
