Each month brings a bunch of fun activities for those of us that live on the Space Coast. I'd like to share just a few of the events happening through out the month of August.
August 7th h – National Lighthouse Day. Free tours of the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse from 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Bring the family and come tour this 1868 lighthouse as well as the Cape Canaveral Space Force Museum. August 17th - A Day in the Vineyards Festival. Starting at 3 PM til 7 PM, come and enjoy a fine local vineyard. Fun for the whole family. Food trucks, grape stomping, and more. $10 entry fee. Kids are free. https://thevineyardsatblackwillow.com/ 2350 Black Willow Trail, Mims, FL 32754
August 17th – Annual Space Coast Wing Battle. Come and support your favorite wing maker at this battle royale of culinary delights. Tickets include unlimited samples, beer, and hard seltzer.
