Each month brings a bunch of fun activities for those of us that live on the Space Coast.  I'd like to share just a few of the events happening through out the month of November.

November 1st  to 3rd  – Taste of Space Fall Bites Final Days.  Come on out to Kennedy Space Center to try out some out of this world treats.  Admission the Space Center required.  November 2nd there will be live Celebrity Chef Demonstrations and tasting.  Tickets for Celebrity Chef events start at $175 per person.  There will be an ice cream social on Sunday the 3rd for $60 per person. https://www.kennedyspacecenter.com/launches-and-events/events-calendar?pageindex=1&categories=Events  Space Commerce Way, Merritt Island, FL

October 31st  to 17th – Space Coast State Fair.  Come on out and enjoy all the rides and show for one low price.  Enjoy a wide variety of food vendors.  This family friendly event is an annual favorite.  $25 Tuesday thru Thursday 5 PM to 10 PM and $30 Friday thru Sunday. November 2nd – Brevard Zoo’s Annual Jazzoo.  Don’t miss out on this all inclusive event featuring live music, food, drinks and animals of all shapes and sizes.  From 7 PM to 11 PM.  Tickets start at $100 per person.  https://brevardzoo.org/jazzoo-ticket-packages/  8225 N Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL

November 7th – Melbourne Municipal Band Band-A-Rama.  Come out to this free concert and enjoy music from different ensembles.  Show starts at 7 PM.  Melbourne Auditorium 625 E Hibiscus Blvd., Melbourne, FL

November 8th – Space Coast Police K-9 Competition.  Come on out to cheer on our canine crime fighters as they compete on obstacle courses designed to test their skills in the real world.  Event starts at 4 PM.  https://www.spacecoastpolicek9competition.com/  6103 Stadium Parkway, Viera, FL

ovember 9th – Downtown Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.  Come on out and sample the best of Brevard dining in the fabulous annual event.  5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.  Tickets start at $125 per person and include food and beverages from all the participating vendors.  Some shops may be open.  https://foodandwine.downtownmelbourne.com/

November 10th – 2024 Cocoa Beach Half Marathon and 10K.  Starting at 7 AM this Cocoa Beach tradition is back for another run.  Prices vary depending on the run from $75 to $95.  Register online at https://runsignup.com/Race/FL/CocoaBeach/runcocoabeach  race starts at 1500 North Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach Lori Wilson Park

November 11th to 12th – Veteran’s Day Weekend Open House at Warbird Museum.  Admission to the museum is free to all US military and veterans  and Florida residents from 9 AM to 5 PM.  Come on out and admire these magnificent aircraft, flybys, car clubs, and more.  6600 Tico Road., Titusville, Fl 

November 16th – 9th Annual Rocky Water Brew Fest.  This popular event offers guest an opportunity to taste fine craft beers from small breweries all over Florida.  Tickets are $45 per person.  The fest runs from 1 PM to 5 PM.  Sponsored by the Eau Gallie Rotary Club.  https://rockywaterbrewfest.com/ Eau Gallie Square 1452 Highland Ave., Melbourne, FL

November 16th – Park After Dark at the Turkey Creek Sanctuary.  Come on out for the family friendly event featuring kids activities, food trucks, and more.  Admission is $8 in advance and $12 at the gate.  6 PM to 10 PM.  1502 Port Malabar Blvd., Palm Bay, FL

November 21st – Annual Bicycle Bar Tour for Homeless Veterans.  Come on out and enjoy a leisurely ride from Port Canaveral to Cocoa Beach and back on the improved bike paths and lanes.  Tickets at $11 in advance and $15 day of all to benefit homeless veterans.  Meet at Fishlips Waterfront Bar and Grill at 11 AM.  https://www.madhatterpromotions.com/patriotic-port-canaveral-bike-tour.php  610 Glen Cheek Drive., Cape Canaveral, FL

November 23rd to 24th – Artwork of Eau Gallie Fine Art Festival.  Come out to enjoy fine art display and for sale by local and national artists. November 23rd – 40th Annual Festival of Trees.  Join the Junior League of the Space Coast for this annual fundraiser to view these beautifully decorated holiday trees and wreath of all sizes.  All trees and wreaths are available to purchase through the silent auctions.  Admission is a suggested donation of $5 for guests ages 13 and up.  https://spacecoast.jl.org/festival-of-trees/  2815 Leisure Way, Melbourne, FL

November 30th to December 21st – Candlelight Shopping in Downtown Melbourne.  Come out on Small Business Saturday and every Saturday to get your holiday gifts from local shops.  Enjoy a tree lighting ceremony, visits, with Santa, carriage rides, and more.  Don’t forget to stop in one of the area restaurants for snacks afterwards.  4 PM to 8 PM.
